Subject	need help crank pulley is sliding off when running

Message	I just replaced water pump, thermostat, etc.. and when I started my car it ran great for about a minute then the crank pulley started rubbing on the fan...I tightened it and it happened again after about 50 seconds of running what could it be?? it keeps sliding off
